Wellness trends 2023
in Poland and in the world
Wellness is more important today than ever before.
Many of the trends we saw during the pandemic, such
as taking care of immunity, health and relationships, and
returning to nature and SPAS, are still valid. But there are
also new ones, among which sustainable development
at home, at work, in life and, of course, which in the SPA
comes to the fore. Time will tell if it’s a temporary fad
or maybe we’ve finally come to our senses and stop
wreaking havoc around us.
